KYC stands for Know Your Customer and encompasses certain procedures that we employ to positively identify that you are, who you say you are. This process can take between 0–3 business days for individuals, and for entities and trusts this can take up a week.
Please note that you will need to complete and pass a KYC check with Blockpass to be eligible to receive prize money.
If you do not fall under the list of restricted countries, but failed to complete KYC, please open a support ticket in the Open Campus Discord or submit a ticket.
